Pros: Carecenta has made EVV simple for my home healthcare agency. Now we can make sure that our HHA's arrive at the correct location and that each patience receives the correct care based on their MD form. Carecenta has a unique interactive telephony system that allows me to view the actions of my HHA's. With Carecenta's latest technology, I can track the progress of each home health aide and the care of all patience's. Carecenta home health software serves as an advocate to the home health industry.
Cons: The demo took some time to complete, but other then that nothing crosses my mind.
Recommendations to other buyers: I recommend making the switch to Carecenta, its worth it.
